    E Touch Gloves

Anyone have experience of summer gloves with E-Touch fingers?  I need to use on my iPhone touch screen, I currently use a pen with a screen friendly touch end.

I have been looking at Klim Badlands Aero Gloves but would like an opinion before I buy.

Well, Mr Dave. Not all e touch gloves are created equal. Keep an eye out for the ones with the finger tip and not the finger pad e touch. Or you could try Nano tips and paint your favorite glove tips to use as e touch.

There are also U-tube videos that show how to make any glove touch screen friendly with metallic thread, which of course involves compromising whatever weatherproofing they might have, but would probably work best since you can put it in the exact place on the fingertip you want it.  I was looking for the same at one time and found that NONE of the gloves made that way were weatherproof, so a winter glove was out of the question.  I gave up on that as soon as I discovered that the Samsung Note 9 is a pressure touch screen and even my insulated winter gloves work with it - not flawlessly, but they do work, and the summer gloves work well.  I think if I had to have that capability I might do it myself with the metallic thread.

Then there are these choices, which may be available in the UK:

Thanks for the link trophied, I went for the AeroStich gloves in the link.  Unfortunately they are out of stock of my size but hopefully it won't be for too long.

I recently bought Rukka Virium gloves which are supposed to have a special material end of index finger which certainly works better than leather on my Garmin 595.  Hope that helps.
Very Tight fit, need to look at extra size to your normal size and not cheap...

From my research the Garmin screen is pressure sensitive whereas my iPhone is touch by electro potential and some e-touch gloves rely on a coating but the AeroStitch have metal wire sewn into the fingers so I’m hoping will work the best.

    We shall see.
