for now "normal" Philips bulbs, had to replace one (broken) and no time to order "specials".
Now that i know how it is done, i'm thinking of replacing them with better / brighter / whiter bulns or even LED.... someday  :153:

Used these and very happy with them . Though not led bright, they are a "whiter" light. Put led bulb in parking lamp and about to do led drls...think that'll do the job for me! :169:

I just ordered 10 (!) LED bulbs for my parkinglight. Looks like a simple job....

I just ordered these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SRS9MJN/

I did a bit of research and bought the same brand/model but different size for our small SUV, converting halogen projectors to LED. Wow! They are amazing and brighter than the HID projectors in our fancy car. They are designed specifically for bikes so I'm hopeful I won't get "flashed" due to brightness. I will let everyone know how well they work. Reviews from prior buyers sound promising.

My only concern on these lights are the heat created and the effects on the headlight lens.
Let us know how they work!

Unfortunately I have to report these are a no go. Such high hopes but while they are H4, the size of the LED and heat sinks was wider than the hole in the back of the headlight, and I'm not willing to mod it at this point. The search goes on.
