I put 3 sets (5 pairs total) of EBC pads in my bike when I put EBC discs on. Slight delay in the wet with this set up I found. Don't have the EBC part numbers now, sorry

I realize I am resurrecting an old thread, but this fits perfectly with the topic being discussed.  Some are finding that EBC 214 pads fit the rear brakes perfectly, and some are finding they don't fit at all.  There are two different part numbers that are very close.  In addition, as TripleBBB has pointed out, EBC has the part number wrong in their own product selector (Still- 2 years later!!). The two part numbers are FA214/2HH and FA214/HH.  On 2HH, one pad is 9.7mm thick; on HH, one pad is 7.6mm thick.  The second pad on both sets is 8mm thick.  For reference, the OEM pads are each 6.7mm.  So, to be clear, FA214/HH are the pads that will fit our rear.

Are those measurements the friction material thickness only, or also include the friction material and metal mounting pad thickness ?  The mounting ( metal ) pad thickness would make a difference as far as being able to install the calipers, right ?

All measurements include the metal backing plate, but do not include the anti squeal plate.
