NEW RIDE
« on: July 30, 2013, 10:28:31 pm »
Guys

Most regular readers will know that I've had problems with my bike since day one. The perseverance of logging and reporting the faults back to Triumph through two dealers and suffering with a so called "LEMON" since the beginning of February has now finally paid off.
Triumph Trophy number two will be with me from the first of August.
I'm not going to go into details but save to say I'm very happy with the result  :062: :062:
In many threads I've preached about doing things the right way  :028: and the result will mostly come out in you're favour.
I'm not saying that every complaint will result in a new bike  :087: But all I can say is that if it warrants one beyond all reasonable doubt then Triumph are as good as their word.

Does this mean that I have to go back to being a new member  :087: :087: Or can I transfer over onto the new bike  :745: :745: :745:
I've got to go through running in yet again unable to use it to the full potential  :005: :005: Never mind its a nasty job but somebody has to do it  :087: " BELIEVE ME IT WON'T TAKE LONG" Six weeks to the Spanish run that should iron out any potential problems.

Yes Congratulations Chaos.  A new bike does indeed show Triumph's determination to stand behind its brand.  I'm sure you would rather have had a trouble free bike from the start but not too shabby to have a brand new bike on its way :028:
