OK, Here's the updated information.

The maunufacturer can produce a minimum of EITHER 20 plain versions, in black,
OR a minimum of 20 with the word "TROPHY" etched on them, also in black,
for the prices quoted below.

Thinking about the Logistics I have asked for details of the Postage costs wthin the UK
for individual Orders, and also whether they can ship Internationally,
but the onlly reply received so far is that 20 sets could be sent to one UK address for GBP £14.00 !

I am happy to continue co-ordinating, and my thoughts are that they could al be delivered to me,
for me to ship them onwards to our U.S. Members, and either Post, Deliver, or arrange for collection
of the Orders for our UK Members.

It would probably need individual Members to send the manufacturere their payment
( they accept Paypal ) before they are produced and shipped out.

The first thing then is to start a new List of all those Interested, and express their preference
for "Plain" or "Etched" - Personally I don't think the additional etching cost wil be acceptabel to the majority,
but I already have mine - and it's etched - as shown on the previous Photo's  !

The prices are :

Plain : "Around" GBP £48.00 + Delivery

Etched : "Around" GBP £53.00 + Delivery

Here's the latest List - Could you ALL please confirm :

Which style you would prefer,
Whether the price is acceptable ( + Postage ) / Whether you wish to be removed from the list,
Whether you would accept the alternative to your preferred style,
for example if there are not enough orders to reach the minimum quantities required.

Postage / Shipping :

If I organise this then if I can't deliver, or you can't collect,
the Postage cost should be GBP £3.00 (Royal Mail 2nd Class Small Parcel ).

I know that it costs GBP £9.10 to send ONE of these to the U.S.
but it might work out cheaper if one of our U.S, Members would accpet delivery
of all U.S. Orders in one parcel to their address, then arrange onward distribution within the U.S.

We'd need to look at the costs once it is known how many U.S. Orders there are !

I prefer the non-etched version, but will accept either.  :062:
As previously stated, I am willing to be the U.S. distribution point, as the product should be small enough to ship anywhere in the States for the same “flat rate box” priority mail rate.

I also prefer plain but it really doesn't matter too much. I'd accept either.

At the risk of complicating things, I would also have no preference. Given the cost difference, the one with the logo is pretty cool. But if other people have cost issues I don’t want to hold us all back.

Put me down for no preference.

Also for the sake of shipping simplicity, I would volunteer to be the reshipper in the US if we need one.
