    Suspension

    Hello.
Just Finished my first tour two with luggage  not excessive ( hotels not camping).I have been experiencing some "wallowing " in longer, faster corners.  Set up is two persons preload and normal damping.  I'm  getting about 10mm of static sag . There are clear differences between the three damping settings.  The only thing I can  see is the pirelli angel gt,s are not the A spec
I'm about 100kg and the wife 60. Other than that we're loving the bike any help much appreciated.
    Regards Chris (leanover)

I get some of that in comfort mode if I'm riding faster than usual, but putting it in normal mode takes that out of it except for extreme circumstances (very rare for me), and sport mode solves it all, but it's just a little too harsh for most of the Texas Hill Country road conditions.  I'm a little too comfort oriented to like the rougher ride of sport mode for very long.  Did you set it up and let it calibrate with it fully loaded, or just change the mode to 2 up and count on the electronics taking care of the settings.  The system will recalibrate after 50 cycles of the ignition switch, so even if it wasn't originally set up with a full load on it after 50 cycles it will recalibrate and if it's fully loaded then it should be more correct for the load.

I'm not sure what you mean. I selected two person and enter.the light flashed for a few seconds and goes out the same with the damping. I can't find anything else in the  book. Thanks chris

Good morning. We almost always drive two on the Trophy. On the motorway I do "Comfort" all the other roads "Sport" With two persons the load full, two helmets and lugage.
If you change that item on a road with many curves you feel the bike changing under you. Sport is the far best position on curving roads.
About the tire: I had no A-specification once. It did not last 5000km.!!
    Good luck.

Thanks for the reply I'm sure it's the tyre "flexing "  I'm ordering a set of bridgestone t31 GT's .I will check the suspension linkage  and the steering head bearings . I just got back from a short ride in two person and sports damping the same thing happened.
