    TES missing
    on: Jun 10, 2019, 12.20 am
    Jun 10, 2019, 12.20 am
I have a 2015 Trophy SE (yes...it is an SE)

I do not have the option to adjust the suspension. Running, not running with the ignition on...there is no option to adjust. I have wires coming into the suspension. I have checked the fuse, and the fuse is good, yet the only adjustment options I have are headlight and traction control.

The indicator in the instrument panel for the suspension never lights up either.

Hi sevendozen and :400: to the Forum !

First things first, and apologies for stating the obvious,
but if you have Microsoft PowerPoint, or PowerPoint Viewer,
this Topic Will help you Navigate the Trophy Menu so you can check
and see what Options are there, or are missing :

HOW TO: Navigate the Trophy Menu
( Scroll down to the bottom of the first Post where you find the file to Download ).

The Menu for adjusting suspension when stationary, with the Ignition ON should be accessible by :

    • Press and Hold "i" until the Settings Menu appears.
    • Scroll down to "ADJUSTMENT" and Press "i"

The following Screen should appear :

If the Menu options are definitely missing  then you could try disconnecting the Main Battery,
leaving it off for a few minutes then reconnecting, which has been known to resolve some strange issues,
otherwise I recall one other Member having this problem, they visited their authorised Dealer and they
were able to to re-instate the Missing Menus.

    Cheers  :821:

Yep...still missing. I'll have to do some more digging. I want to double check that nothings been unplugged or what have you. Man...I hate taking the fuel tank off.

I would be surprised if something unplugged would ( or would only ) cause these symptoms,
I think that would result in the actual Adjustment process failing, not the Menu items being missing.
    ( I have been surprised before though ! ).

Have you EVER had the ability to adjust the Suspension in the time you have owned it ?

If you are going to check things, there's a TES Power Control Module located under the right Side Cover
and is quite easy to access - Its a Black coloured box with an "N Touch" label on it :

I just wanted to add to this in case someone has the same issue.

What it ended up being was the option was not enabled in the display. You can turn it on and off like you can with the TPMS sensors with TuneECU. unfortunately TuneECU did not have the capabilities of enabling it, and needed to take it to the dealer.

Thanks for the update - as stated in my reply on 10 Jun 2019,
another Member with a similar problem visited their Authorised Dealer,
who were able to re-instate the missing Menu Items for the TES.

Also explained in the Service Manual, Section 13, Page 13.23 :

    Note :
The TES system functionality is available in all
Trophy instrument assemblies and can be
enabled / disabled through the instrument
    configuration tool within the Triumph
    diagnostic software.

    Cheers  :821:

Unfortunately he's not eligible, he's not a citizen, otherwise I would have already put him on the ballot. :821:
