    Tank bag It's huge!

Ok  I mounted my Triumph Trophy 15L tank bag
This thing is HUGE!    No problems with the install.   Thanks for the link!

I can see the clocks fine   Can't see the key, but that's ok
It doesn't affect the bars or controls.  Ok I can't see or get to the advance button for my Ipod.
    Minor gripes

I did a 245 mile test ride today thru Mass,New Hampshire and Vermont.
It stayed solid at speeds.  It's easy to remove for fueling and holds ALOT for stuff.

It just destroys the lines of the bike. Function over beauty

I'll leave it on when I go to New Brunswick and Nova Scotia in 2 weeks

    It's just HUGE!

I'm with you. I hated it though, and ditched it. As painful as the price is, and as much as I hate the place, Touratech has one that fits great and is just the right size. Just limber up so that you can properly grab your ankles at ordering time.

KGB. I can't agree with you on the size of the tank bag, reasons being. I've been called many things in my brief [71 years] life. Even an old whore. If that's true, I carry more than some women carry in their handbags, and that's a huge amount. But seriously sometimes when two up I even have a 2.5 litre water bladder under the lower zip with the drink tube coming out the left lower side. My wife doesn't like it on my back, to intrusive to her space. Also there's all the small items that I need on a longer ride. In fact sometimes I wish it was able to be expanded to a bit larger. These are just my thoughts so what ever floats your boat is fine. Cheers.  :821: :158:

    I’m with Hackle.
With that said, I only affix my tank bag whilst on a Trip.
And yes, I am also a kind of “function over form” guy...  :125:

I agree w the function over form thing, which is why I hate the OEM bag so much. My biggest gripe is that I can't easily stand on the pegs when the bag is in place. When I'm on a long ride (over 500 miles or so) I stand periodically to stretch and aid circulation...very hard to do w that bag in place.

One positive it has is that the mounting system is very secure.
