    Hello from San Diego

Found a used 2013 with 13000 miles. Paid a Cheap price for a nice clean bike. It is the silver color and runs nice. I recently sold  2018 Honda Goldwing. It was pricey, heavy, and not as easy in the more twist oriented roads. It was a good bike but it had a buggy entertainment system, and it was big and heavy. I like to keep a touring bike in the stable. I think this bike will tour well and be entertaining on the fun roads. I was fully impressed with the ride. I do not know why the bike did not sell better. I also rode a used but priced well BMW K1600. The motor was divine but it was a BMW. Maintenance would be pricey. Also, It to felt big. The Triumph is big but feels more nimble, smaller and with a tighter wheelbase. It is feature rich. Although it could use lite controls. My little KTM has this, but it is newer. All in all i am very happy with the bike. What a great bike for the money. Ill post pics once i wake up.

Welcome to the gang, Heyzeus!  I loved my 2013 so much that when I found out that Triumph was discontinuing the model, along with the fact that I'd already put 53,000 miles on it, I decided that I should purchase a newer one.  Up came a deal on a 2017 at San Diego Triumph two years ago (great bunch of guys there), so I'm the proud owner of 2 Trophys!  Anyway, the single largest reason they didn't sell well, at least in the U.S., is that Triumph spent zero dollars marketing it here.  It's been the best-kept secret for touring motorcycles ever!  Many former BMW owners are now members here.
In addition to finding the best bike, you've also found the best forum!  Use the 'Search' button for whatever info you are looking for, it'll be here somewhere.
