    Factory Accessories

After being a Trophy owner for about a month and a member of this great forum, a little longer, I've come to find, since this bike is no longer in production, OEM and even aftermarket accessories seem to becoming more scarce and have been purchasing them as soon as I find, what I believe is a fair price.

The first thing I purchased was, after harassing Coconut a little, was the OEM tank bag.
Since then , I've bought OEM heated grips and seats, a rear bag ( realize OEM Top Box is practical but, not a fan of it and bought a Bagster Spider rear bag) , Vstream short windscreen, R and G radiator and down pipe screens.

Next, on my "Must Get" list are the R and G engine guards.

So, guess my question is, are there any other OEM or even aftermarket accessories I should be looking at...before they're gone? :033:

    Hi Canes1,

I don't consider it as harassment at all !

This Topic might be useful, titled ; "List of available Triumph Accessories for the Trophy",
although as you have discovered, some of them are now no longer "available" !

Other things to consider include :

    Grip Puppies
    Additional Front & Rear Lighting
    Additional / Louder Horn
    Alternative Exhaust Silencer
Additional Mirrors ( in the Handlebar Brake & Clutch Master Cylinder holes )
Fuzeblock, or other additional Power distribution device for all those extra gadgets !
    R & G Radiator Grille
    R & G Downpipe Guard
    R & G Front Axle / Forks Protector
    R & G Swingarm Protector
    R & G Silencer Protector
    AMHP Headlamps Protector
Russell Day Long or Corbin Seat(s)
    ... and probably more !

    Cheers  :821:

Yep, already planned on replacing the Motor(Scooter) horn on the bike! :110:
Waiting until I get all the internals, i.e. horn, GPS mount, DRL's, Guard, so that fairing removal will be kept to a minimum.

Hopefully the heated seats will work for me but definitely like the Corbins. Planned on DRL's and Grip Puppies now that I know they'll work on the heated grips.
Have seen the headlight protector pop up here and there and will probably invest in it, since it will probably become hard to find before too long.

Would say my upcoming purchases will be the Engine guard and GPS mount and last on the list, the actual GPS and DRL's as those should be available for quite some time.

    Thanks!

Welcome to the club Canes1 - can I ask where you found your tank bag? I've been looking off and on for one but coming up empty. Thank you!

I want to say Hermy's Triumph in Pennsylvania. Called a Triumph dealership, sorry can't remember which one who looked in the Triumph parts database and was able to locate one.
Also contact Mosites Motorsports, also in PA. The parts guy (Troy) was very helpful locating heated grips and might be able to help you out!

In addition to some of the items listed by others, I've also added the following:

    Trident Deep Black slip-on
RadGuard radiator guard (as opposed to the R&G radiator guard)
    Laminar Lip
    RAM X-mount
    Cool Cover seat cover

Regarding the radiator guard, some on the forum have made their own - you should be able to find reference to them through the search function.

Didn't realize anyone else made a radiator guard, oh well, already ordered from R and G.

Kinda surprised this and a down pipe guard didn't come factory installed! :187:

Also on my hit list is Triumph Phantom Black paint? Only thing I can find is from an online company called Colorrite, who apparently has any color paint for any vehicle 2 or 4 wheels.
Phantom Black on their site $169 for a pint of base, $169 for a pint of top coat! :033:
They also have the Pacific Blue. Its, apparently a one stage paint and runs about $85 for a pint.

Being an ex aircraft painter, can do myself but really lack the facility to do it in. Pannier covers are actually the only thing that's need paint, some deep scuffs on r/h that someone touched up and scratches in the l/h. Again, something for a later date but would be nice to know paint is available.
Have seen, here or there that new pannier covers can be bought, already painted, cheaper than I would pay for above mentioned paint....problem is, finding them! :187:

    Here's another source for paint...

    https://touchupdirect.com/touch-up-paint/triumph/trophy-se/

It appears to be a little cheaper...  I guess it's relative.
