Pretty happy with the Vstream sport.

That looks like the way to go without having to mod.

Yep! And when I go on a long distance trip or it gets cold enough to warrant it, will re-install the factory screen. Until then will enjoy my helmet vents....still in the 90's here! :233:

I agree the Trophy is too hot when the temperature gets up into the 90s. What I have been trying to find is an openable vent like my Goldwing had. The vent was about 2” by 6” and opened and closed with a good seal when closed. I believe there was a kit sold to install the vent into the earlier Goldwings that didn’t come stock with the vent.
One thing that maybe a problem with lowering the windshield, is that my radio antenna goes into resonance and wobbles violently, when I lower my windshield all the way at highway speeds.

Tenequip, you could replace the OEM antenna with a shorter one.

Can you tell me what the height of the V-Stream windshield is ? It looks really good ! From the info i got here, the one i have 22 inches tall ..so i must have the  high touring version as it has the number 2308811, as i was told about here by the team . I wonder how tall the standard screen is with part number 2304110 ??

According to the Vstream site, from its furthest points, the Sport windscreen is 17.63" tall. Not at home right now , so couldn't measure. Believe I got mine from Amazon for around $170.
