Greetings from Mid-America!
« on: August 08, 2013, 02:16:10 PM »
Hi, everyone.  Greetings from St. Louis, Missouri!  I am a new member, but lifetime rider, first bike at age 13, many street and dirt bikes between then and now.  Currently riding a 2007 Suzuki GSF1250SA Bandit, setup for sport-touring.  I found your site whilst looking for more information about the new Trophy 1200, for which I've been lusting since the initial launch last autumn.

Due to some of the niggling teething pains with the new model, I am holding out for the 2014 model, in hopes they have all of the kinks worked out, although it seems the general consensus is that nothing will change.  So, time will tell.

I am anxiously awaiting some news about the 2014!  Thanks for the great forums, and keep up the good work!

Welcome.

It does seem that Foreign bikes (USA and AUS) have more problems than european ones.  So it probably is to do with different regulations, shipping set up and even lack of training for distributors.

Good luck. You shouldn't have long to wait. I would imagine they will start rolling out in Oct.
