I also have the knight design sidetrax tread pegs and they work great.  I used info from this forum to adjust my shifter and my rear brake.  I have had no problems with them at all, no slipping or issues riding in the rain, wind or hail (didn't do that one on purpose).  I am 6 foot 2 inches tall and they helped, along with one inch risers on the handlebars and a tall seat from Touratech (which is so stinking comfortable).  That bike really fits me well now - a pleasure to ride on.  :028:
