    How have you been doing it so far?

    Can't see anyway around not having to remove panels and lifting the tank up.

    That is what I thought. So I am going to put in a k/d filter so I do not need to change it as often.

    The K&N are long-lasting, yes, but for me it is not worth spending more money on that filter, because before it touches the filter, it would be time to adjust the valves. Then at each valve setting I change the filter, spark plugs, seals and check the timing chain, skates and tensioner.
    Only motorcyclists know why dogs stick their head out the car window.
