Paint them black and they won't make it's butt look so wide.  Ooops, they're already black, so it's butt must really be that wide! :745:

Triumph Trophy - General Chat / Re: Top Box 12v Socket

The opening in the glove box that the cigar lighter socket is installed through is way to large for a Hella type socket to fit and secure in place, and it's also too small for a double USB socket to fit.  I've tried both, and finally surrendered and re-installed the OEM socket.  There's a whole bunch of comments about oversized sockets that have been put in some Mercedes' over the years on the internet, and if it's there, well then you know it has to be true!  Point is we aren't the only ones that have experienced this, and I have yet to find anyone that makes a slightly oversize plug to fit those sockets.  There are 2 retaining holes in the sides of the socket that would allow the plugs spring loaded keepers to hold it in place.  Problem is, most plugs with the keepers have rectangular keepers that are too long to fit in the receptacles openings.  I almost Dremeled out those openings so that the keepers could click into place and hold a plug securely, but was just so tired of the whole thing I gave up and now use some of my other power sources instead.

Spares? Spares? We don't need no Stinkin' Spares!  I have lots of them.  I even give some away to some in need at times.  I'm accumulating more!  I just don't have a front fender YET!  I'll never have enough of the fasteners (fixings).

Certainly couldn't hurt anything, but might attract debris of all kinds to attach itself.

It also has no audio system.  The R bike is it in this category, and it is way out of my price range anyway, even if I did (and I don't) want to get rid of the Trophy.
