I got all excited there for a minute, until I realised that these parts are NOT for
the Triumph Trophy 1215cc ( 2012 on ) that this Forum is dedicated to  :110:
and are for the previous 1200cc Trophy Model.

I tried contacting "Coolcovers.com" to discuss the possibility
of a cover for my Russell Day Long Seat and used their web site Enquiry Form.

I got no reply and followed up with an email to : info@coolcovers.com

It seems they did not receive my original enquiry, possibly due to a technical issue
with their Web Contact Form, so if anyone has the same problem I'd recommend
using the above email address which will get a reply !

Meanwhile I will report back if I end up with one of these covers for my Russell Day Long Seat.

That Wiring Diagram looks familiar !  :015:

It could be confusing and misinterpreted though if you don't notice the
"Harness with black and purple wire from the original" note,
as it looks like the Black and purple wires are connected together !

The original Trophy Horn wires are used to connect to Terminals 85 & 86 of the Relay.

There is further useful "horny" information in this Topic ( May 2014 ) :

In case it isn't anything to do woth the brakes, other possibilities include :

Wheel Balancing weight has fallen off.

Worn Front wheel bearing(s).

Worn Headstock Bearings or in need of adjusting.

Tyre wear, especially "scalloping".

Hopefully they will step up to the mark, do the job properly, replace the Battery,
and provide some sort of Goodwill for not only letting you, and the Triumph Brand down,
but for the additional inconvenience, wasted time and expense in having to return.

If it was me I'd be looking for the next Service to be at Zero cost -
IF their actions in putting this right restored my faith that they would do the Service correctly !

Once everything is resolved I would write to Triumph UK and Triumph US
to alert them of what happened, hopefully concluding with a positive outcome,
instead of a complaint, because if these sorts of issues are not brought
to their attention, then they will continue to happen.

My understanding is that when the Battery drain issue was first realised,
and the Software Update solution was made available, Dealers in the U.S.
and Canada were alerted by way of a Service Bulletin, but this relies upon
the recipient actually reading it, and disseminating it to their staff.

It seems that there is NOT a process whereby a Trophy booked in to a U.S. / Canadian Dealer
for any work to be done, is automatically identified as needing this Software Update,
or if there is then that system regularly fails, and in my opinion this is something that Triumph
need to address if they want to maintain a reputation for excellence and Customer Care.
