MotorcycleGear.com has Klim Induction Jackets on sale at extremely attractive prices.  All sizes EXCEPT the Large in Black are available, and all sizes of the Gray are available at $239.00 with free shipping on orders over $89.  They also have the 2018 version of the Gray with Hi-Viz in Small and Medium at $189.00 on a different tab.  Go there, click on the Best Deals tab in the upper left and find the item displayed for information and check the sizes available.  These were $349 to $379 jackets at regular price and they come with Klim's perforated D30 armor.  I do have an Induction Pro I bought when they first came out and they flow a ton of air for hot summer weather.  Not a ton of pockets on them, but very cool in the heat.  I've even worn heated gear under it with Klim Forecast Gore Tex rain gear over it in cold temperatures and been very comfortable.  Needless to say I didn't get mine for $239, but they are at least $100 more now than I paid for it.

The auxiliary led lights are already adapted to work at 12 volts. However, a high luminosity led does not need diodes, since a led is a diode itself, so what has to be placed in the positive or negative is a 1000 Ohm resistance.

It doesn't appear so as they are already 12v and marked for polarity (White to + and black to -).

With a high-luminosity white LED, you have more than enough.
