So, what attracted you to your other half?

Personally, my wife has "Spanner Eyes"... when she looks at me my Nuts tighten up.  :745:

It's almost bike related.  :001:

Time Out - General Chat / Home Hack No1: Disposable Razers.

Getting a bit bored now so I thought I'd share this with you;
Just when you think your Razer is blunt - get it wet then try running a Toothpick / Cocktail stick between the two blades.

Can give a load more shaves...  :D

Still a bit bored so here's another Hack; Put your Spring Onions in a Jam Jar with 2" of water in the bottom - NOT in the fridge.
Will keep for ages on the kitchen window sill ~ just change the water every few days.  :001:

I'm going to have a go at this, just ordered the "Lazy Susan" all in for 11.75;

Will then have a go at fixing on the top/bottom plates next week when it arrives.

Tyres and Wheels / Rear Wheel Bearing.
« on: April 05, 2019, 12:23:32 pm »
My 2014 TTSE only has 11,500 miles (bought new) and last week the Mot guy put an "advisory" as play on rear bearing. :187:

Gripping top & bottom of the tyre with a careful wiggle I measure side play as 0.2 mm on the DTI, there is a noticeable but very minute clunck of the bearing when warm - but no clunk when cold though.

Nothing noticed when gripping front & back of the tyre with slight wiggle.

Any other owners have similar or do you think my MoT guy is being finicky?
