Within this Lengthy Topic I posted a Video that helps to explain
how to dismantle the Drag Link at its forward end :

Scroll to my post dated 2nd December 2020.

Note that to remove that forward bolt when on the Centre Stand,
the bolt needs to have been inserted from the RIGHT side of the Bike,
with its Nut on the LEFT side of the Bike, so that the bolt can be withdrawn
sufficiently to remove the Link, as shown in the video.

If the Bolt is installed the other way around, there are further explanations
within the Forum of putting the bike on the Side Stand and knocking a bar,
or rod of the same diameter as the bolt through to push the bolt out,
( leaving the bar in its place to support everything ), then pushing the bolt
back through from the other side to displace the temporary bar.

The Trophy can then be placed on the centre stand and the job carried out as in the above video.

To return to "stock" - the lip of each fork outer tube
should be flush with the upper surface of the top Yoke.

Yours look like they have been lowered ( raised in the Yoke ) by about 5mm.

Wise move Maca - I'd encourage everyone here to take an Advanced Rider Course.

I did mine with the IAM ( Institute of Advanced Motorcyclists ) and it was
one of the best decisions I made - after buying a Trophy in the first place !  :169:

The course definitely improved my riding skills, and they awarded me with one of these as proof :

Hi Relic1965 and :400: to the Forum !

You won't find many folks in here criticising the Trophy, as we're mostly all big fans !

What are the specific "lot of electrical issues" you mention ?

There has been a Worldwide Recall for an Inspection of the Ignition Switch Wiring,
which actually only affected a very small percentage of the total production,
but any that were affected have been ( or will be ) put right by Triumph.

Other than that there have been a very small proportion overall,
of Owners with some sort of electrical problem. 

The problem with any Forum is that such problems are discussed in detail
to alert others, and to try and obtain solutions, and this can cast a false impression,
just like Holiday Reviews - where people are very quick to report their grievances,
but all the other happy holidaymakers don't report their happiness as widely !

My advice would be to make yourself aware of potential issues so you can be on the lookout
for them, and be armed with the information when you go to view one - take a Test Ride,
and insist on some warranty, even it's only for a few months,
to cover anything that you might not have spotted prior to parting with your cash.

..... who can replace / reconfigure an ignition key?

Generally if you need a new Triumph Ignition Key,
it will need to be obtained from an authorised Triumph Dealer
as the Transponder Code of the Transponder Chip that is
encapsulated inside the Key has to be registered with the Trophy ECU
to allow it to disarm the Immobiliser. 

DealerTool or TigerTool or TuneECU can NOT do this.

If you need a copy or a clone of an exisiting Key,
you may be able to obtain one from a specialist,
or from an electronics expert such as digital,
but I will not personally enter into any further conversation
about that, as it could potentially alert "others" into methods
of defeating the Security / Immobiliser function of our Trophies !
