Weather is perfect, roads are awesome. Just finished the morning ride with lots more riding to go. Bike on the left with Florida plates is Don Moe, mine in the middle from Washington, and on the end someone Don and I met who isn't on the TT forum yet from Texas.

you're right! I forgot about the fork tube replacements.

nope. At this point I think the front tire is the only thing that hasn't been removed yet.

it gets worse. I'm currently riding in the back of an enclosed panel van in the dark with no AC. It's 97 outside and 110? Inside. The cab has the drivers 2 kids in carseats. I'll post pic of this tonight from my hotel.
