Tyres and Wheels / Re: Dunlop Roadsmart II

Not the local Gippsland roads, just a some long highway trips from Victoria to South Australia (2000k round trip).  And yes this is the first front tyre that has worn in the middle for me also, normally on the edges.

Images of Dunlop Road Smart II at 10,000K.  Flat spot in centre of both front and rear.  Rear is just starting to scallop at the edges.  Front centre is nearly on the wear bars.  At this moment looking at a replacement, as grip feels not as good as it should be, and will most likely go for a PR4, if they are available at the time.  Normally I would get approx. 14,000 out of a set based on my previous ride ST1300.

I have purchased a TomCat mini air compressor from Andy Strapz to emergency situations (having been stuck on the road side for a few hours waiting for assistance). Although in Aust may not much help in the UK.  However details of the unit is available at   http://www.andystrapz.com/products-details.php?productId=166&searchText=TomCat

Sena SMH - 10 paired to the bike as headset with phone also paired as the second connection.  With Ipod connected to the USB I have music wherever I go (excuse the pun).   I have also used the Sena bike to bike but has a limited range of approx. 1 k.
