So the dealer calls me and says it up to date and we did not install any software and ran it through the database at Triumph. Everything is fine.
So the battery dies and they want to install a new one.  and it going to be diagnosed with a no start problem. @98.00 @HR .
It was on the bike for mabey 10 min before I brought it to them. So NO
A day later they call and they read everything that is said on this form (I printed it out) and do the update- now no problems. said it was a starter relay loose wire.
MMMM I can tell when someone is lying.  They did not know. Yep
The spent a lot of time on this bike.
In the end, they did me right, without the knowledge of this forum, I would have sent $$$$

Thanks For all your help guys.

 Out the door for $40.00. HELL YA .   :046 :062: :821: :821: :821: :821:

No, no service has been done on this bike and they say No software updates have been issued for this bike,  they ran it through the Triumph database. Nothing. Do you happen to have this so-called bulletin handy?

So I have to get a 3rd battery for this bike. I can't charge it up enough to check the software info. It won't get past the calibration screen. I have a AGM High Performance Battery and it was down to 3.40 volts 2 times and it now has gone. 2 months.
Cycle gear says that this is the best.

Duraboost AGM High Performance Battery CTX20HL-BS

SO what should I get now.

Thanks for all the info on this site I love it!

So I put the GPS wire kit from triumph and followed the instruction on this site to install harness into my bike and now it stays on intermittently and kills my battery. There is no rime or reason for it. It ruined one brand new battery in a week so bad I had to replace it. The GPS worked fine on my other bike for years without a problem. 2015 SE
was thinking about putting a voltage gauge somewhere. Any ideas I'm new to this bike and love it.
Is this bike prone to electric problems? ??
