I don't add anything to the gas, all we have is 10% ethanol. I've had two bikes sit for over a year with ethanol in the tank with no stabilizer. Pumped it out, put fresh gas in, both bikes started immediately and ran perfectly. I don't think ethanol gas is the boogeyman people make it out to be.

I have a Givi E55 on my Honda. Never had it in the rain, so can't speak to it's water-tightness. It's very nice, albeit the cover is a bit flimsy in comparison to the Triumph OEM case and it doesn't close as solidly, and it doesn't have the double-lock feature of the OEM case. It's also not double-walled. Aesthetically, the Givi's are, uh, not aesthetically pleasing in combination with the Trophy, IMO. The E55 is definitely bigger than the Triumph OEM case, but the 47 may not be. The Triumph OEM case has never leaked on me, and I've been in deluges with it. I always ride with it, and most often have at least 25lbs of weight in it, and I can't tell the difference of it being there or not/being empty. The bike itself catches way more wind than any case would. Lastly, the OEM case uses the same key as the ignition/panniers, so that's convenient. One thing you can do with the Givi that you can't (easily) do with the OEM case is put in dual brake light/turn signals (Admore Lighting makes kits for just about all Givi cases).

When given the chance, I almost always prefer OEM accessories.

Makes perfect sense. The Clearwaters have a trigger wire that, when supplied with 12v, causes them to go to 100% brightness. The trigger wire should be connected to the high beam wire. Whilest performing your service, some service person connected it to the low beam wire. Since they are aftermarket, they could be hooked into a bike's wiring in an infinite number of ways. Mine are connected via the plug that goes to the loom under the gas tank. Yours are probably connected somewhere near the actual headlight. You'd have to get in there and find out.

Ah, pardon, I missed reading the post in which he mentioned he checked the output pins. I'd still change the fuse anyway because it takes two seconds and there are reasons why you might have power but not enough current, especially since the radio is kind of finicky about its power supply.

OP: Did you actually change the audio fuse or just look at it and determine it's fine? My radio/sat nav stopped working one day and I looked at the fuse and it looked fine, but on a whim I changed it for a brand new one, and everything worked fine after that. It seems unlikely to me that the radio AND the sat/nav would both not be working, which are powered on the same fused circuit, and the radio is broken.

Nissin is a quality caliper. Honda uses them on their ultra high performance sport bikes. I have them on my CB1100 and they are perfect.

My usual counterpoint: My bike has 20k+ miles, I never clean the bobbins, and I have no issues with the front (or rear) rotors, or the brakes in general.

I'm not super familiar with the combined brake feature of our bike, but I wonder if the wear on the other pad you're seeing is due to the combined brake function of the rear pedal activating a single front piston.
